Cancellation/Missed Class Policy

No refunds for no shows. For cancellations more than 15 business days before class date, student can be refunded payment amount minus 13% processing fee OR receive full payment amount as credit toward another class.  For cancellations 15 to 10 business days before class date, student can receive payment amount as credit toward another class.  No refunds or credit available for cancellations less than 10 business days before class. New policy effective 4/23/19
